Statistics say that a baby smiles 400 times a day while an adult only 20 times. On International Happiness Day, celebrated on March 20, 2014 , DeVision decided to change statistics and started an action whose aim is to bring a smile on the faces of Bucharest's inhabitants: " Smiles by envelopes" . Association's volunteers shared envelopes with beautiful messages in two crowded areas of the city, Cişmigiu Park and North Train Station - the central train station of the capital.
